Berkeley CS 61C Lecture 18

Here are some notes and corrections on this lecture:

Each note begins with a time; "ca." in front of a time means that it is approximate.

This lecture is about parallelism in hardware, with emphasis on the SIMD model. I don't think that we'll spend much time on this in class; we just don't have time. It will make your head hurt, but watch it anyway; it will give you a general idea about what is going on in modern CPU chips.
